---First off, we have a 44 foot Coast Guard rescue boat (which was once used by NASA). The 6V53 engines in it run fine, but included in the sale are two more 6V53's, brand new, marinized engines, outfitted to US Navy specs, in their original shipping crates, including their filters, altenators, starters, hoses etc. This particular boat, MLB 44-377, has its own website, at which you may learn a lot more.
